It's 10PM.
You're still working.

Your expertise creates value. Admin does not.

You probably think you have a workload problem. What if you don't? What if you have an invisible work problem instead?

Invoices, follow ups, status updates, reporting and admin. The repetitive work that quietly consumes hours every week.

If a task does not need your expertise, it should not take your time.

For founders and high value professionals whose expertise creates more value than admin ever will.

We look at how you work and where time is being lost. Then we tell you if a full Time Leak Audit would be worth doing.

The problem

Invisible work is stealing your evenings.

Invisible work is not one big task. It is invoices, follow ups, CRM updates, reporting, admin, status updates. None of them feel significant on their own. Together they eat revenue, energy, and capacity every week.

That is why founders and high value professionals end up working at 10PM.

The cost of invisible work

Even small tasks become expensive when your time is worth £200 an hour.

Example: £200/hour × 5 hours/week × 48 weeks
Up to £48,000/year
of expertise spent on the wrong work

Sound familiar?

Do any of these sound familiar?

I regularly catch up on work after dinner
Sundays often become admin days
I spend more time updating systems than using them
Small tasks constantly interrupt real work
Taking a day off feels stressful
I know things should be easier but I never have time to fix them

Case study

How one founder stopped losing evenings to invisible work

Real client Payroll outsourcing business · 200+ clients · solopreneur

The problem

A founder managing 200+ clients was spending evenings on work that required effort but not expertise: invoices, payment collection, printing and scanning contracts, and typing payment amounts one by one. None of these tasks created value. Together they ate hours every month.

Before
An entire working day lost every month to invoicing
200 payment amounts entered manually
Printing, signing and scanning paperwork
Repetitive admin becoming part of the routine
After
Invoicing reduced to a quick review
Payments collected automatically
Digital onboarding and e signatures
Time spent on clients instead of admin
10+ hours recovered every month
More capacity. Less admin. No evenings spent on repetitive work.
3 automations · Implemented in 2 weeks · One person, one diagnostic

From that diagnostic

One automation can justify the whole sprint.

"

The invoicing automation alone made complete sense. And the digital signature solution? I didn't even know a cheaper option existed.

Payroll outsourcing founder, 200+ clients

If a task does not need your expertise, it should not take your time.

That is exactly what this diagnostic uncovered.

Why it matters

You already have the tools. So why are you still working late?

You buy software. Connect apps. Build workflows. Six months later you are still working at 10PM.

10PM starts somewhere else. Understand how you actually work. Measure what that time costs. Fix only what creates real capacity.

Because automating the wrong process just makes bad work happen faster.

Why 10PM exists

Time should be spent where expertise creates value.

10PM exists to give founders and high value professionals back time and capacity, so they can focus on the work that requires their expertise and creates the greatest value.

Common questions

What people ask before booking

How much of my time does the Time Leak Audit require?

Very little. We start with one conversation about how your week actually works. I do all the analysis, mapping, and financial modelling. You get a report with clear recommendations. The whole process takes under two hours of your time.

What happens in the free 15 minute review?

We look at where time is being lost and whether there are patterns that could be automated. By the end you will know if a full Time Leak Audit would be worth doing. No pitch, no obligation.

Do I need to manage the automations afterwards?

No. Everything built in a Sprint is designed to run without you. I test it, document it, and hand it over working. If you want ongoing improvements, there is an optional retainer, but most clients are set after the Sprint.

We already use Monday / Asana / HubSpot and it did not stick. How is this different?

The tool is almost never the problem. What is missing is someone who configures it for how you actually work, connects it to your other systems, and sets up the automations that make it useful. That is what a Sprint does.

Is this only for large businesses?

The opposite. Larger companies already have operations teams and internal resources. 10PM tends to have the biggest impact for independent professionals, founder led businesses, and small teams where valuable time disappears into admin.

What if the diagnostic shows there is nothing worth automating?

Then I will tell you. The Time Leak Audit includes a recommendation on whether fixing is worth it. If the numbers do not justify a Sprint, you will know that too, and you will have saved yourself from spending money on tools you do not need.
